Returns And Refunds

If you are not happy with an item for any reason please message me at popkay@hotmail.co.uk to discuss further. I will be more than happy to assist!

Custom orders cannot be refunded. Wedding deposits cannot be refunded.

We do not have to refund a customer if they:

• knew an item was faulty when they bought it (bought as seconds)

• damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it

• no longer want an item (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour) unless they bought it without seeing it
